Maintenance and calibration service from EKU Elektronik

The medical measurement technology division of EKU Elektronik specializes in the registration of measurement data for ventilation parameters such as volume, flow, pressure, and oxygen. For the measurement devices developed by EKU, including the CALIBSO ViPlus Ventilatortester and ViP Ventilatortester, we also offer appropriate calibration service.

In accordance with the applicable DAkkS guidelines (EN ISO 17025), EKU Elektronik has developed calibration facilities to issue calibration certificates. Our quality management system according to ISO 13485 also sets high standards for the development and process control of the testing equipment used.

If your company is certified, for example, to ISO 9001 or ISO 13485, and you need to fulfil requirements such as monitoring of measuring instruments, traceability, periodic recalibration, and calibration before initial use, the measuring equipment must be calibrated regularly. For our products we recommend a calibration interval of one year.

Traceability refers to a continuous chain of measuring instruments used to the national standard. This guarantees that the measurement deviations of the measuring instruments are compared to a national standard.

As part of the factory calibration in the EKU measurement laboratory, all parameters are readjusted using test software and documented in a calibration certificate (report).

The EKU calibration service offers a convenient maintenance and calibration service to customers who need regular calibration. A free reminder service provides notification in advance about upcoming calibrations. Appointments arranged by phone guarantee a shorter time of calibration.
